Head of Corporate Sales & Account Management (Property)

As Head of Corporate Sales & Account Management, you will lead our Corporate Sales department, overseeing both the Account Management and Business Development teams.
Your mission will be to maximize long-term corporate revenue by:
- Growing existing corporate accounts.
- Developing new strategic corporate partnerships.
- Building and mentoring a high-performing sales organization.
- Creating scalable, best-in-class sales processes.
- Driving accountability through KPIs, CRM discipline, forecasting, and performance management.
- Collaborating closely with Revenue Management, Marketing, Guest Experience, and Operations to maximize company growth.
This is a hands-on leadership role that combines strategic planning, coaching, and execution.
Business Development- Develop new corporate accounts across multiple industries.
- Build relationships with:
- HR Departments
- Travel Managers
- Procurement Teams
- Mobility & Relocation Companies
- Insurance Housing Providers
- Government Organizations
- Project Accommodation Buyers
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, and referrals.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to contract execution.
- Negotiate commercial agreements.
- Build long-term strategic partnerships.
Sales Operations
- Ensure CRM accuracy and discipline.
- Monitor pipeline health and forecasting.
- Track sales performance using dashboards and KPIs.
- Review follow-up quality and response times.
- Improve conversion rates throughout the sales funnel.
- Standardize sales processes and best practices.
- Prepare reports and executive updates for leadership.
