Job Title: Regional Performance Marketing Specialist

Job-Type: Full time 

Reports To: Senior Performance Marketing Manager

Location: Jakarta

What you'll be doing:

Campaign Management

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads (SEM, PMAX, Display), Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Apple Ads
• Manage App Acquisition campaigns across platforms including Google UAC, Meta App Campaigns, TikTok App Ads, and Apple Search Ads
• Explore and test emerging or alternative platforms beyond the core stack whenever the opportunity arises
• Handle end-to-end campaign setup, budget allocation, bidding strategy, and performance monitoring independently
• Oversee campaigns across Indonesia market and regional markets including Korea

Analytics & Reporting

• Analyze campaign performance data and generate actionable insights to improve ROI
• Build and maintain performance reports and dashboards for weekly and monthly reviews
• Conduct deep-dive analysis on key metrics including CAC, CVR, CPC, ROAS, CPI, and conversion funnel performance
• Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities across platforms and markets

Technical Execution

• Independently manage tracking setup including Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, pixel implementation, and app attribution tools
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to tracking, attribution, and campaign delivery across web and app
• Work with audience segments, Customer Match, and remarketing strategies
• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting

Growth & Strategy

• Develop and execute growth strategies to scale digital performance across markets
• Proactively identify and test new channels, platforms, and ad formats to diversify acquisition sources
• Stay up-to-date with platform updates, algorithm changes, and digital marketing trends
• Contribute to budget planning and forecasting based on performance data

Collaboration

• Work closely with creative, content, and product teams to align campaign assets with business objectives
• Collaborate with regional teams and stakeholders to ensure campaign alignment across markets
• Communicate campaign performance and insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders

What makes you a great fit: 

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or paid digital advertising
• Proven experience managing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Apple Ads
• Hands-on experience with App Acquisition campaigns (UAC, Meta App, TikTok App, or Apple Search Ads)
• Experience exploring and running campaigns on alternative or emerging platforms beyond the core stack
• Experience managing multi-market campaigns, preferably in Southeast Asia or Northeast Asia
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable conclusions
• Technically proficient, able to independently set up, troubleshoot, and optimize campaigns without relying on external support
• Proficient in Google Analytics (GA4), Looker Studio, or similar analytics tools
• Strong understanding of conversion tracking, attribution models, and marketing funnels across both web and app
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
