Time Commitment: Full-Time

Monthly Base Compensation

USD $1,000–$1,500 per month, depending on your Keap/Infusionsoft expertise, automation capability, AI proficiency, systems thinking, and overall alignment with the role.

Performance Incentives

You'll build sophisticated CRM systems using Keap (formerly Infusionsoft), including campaigns, automation sequences, lead nurturing, customer onboarding, forms, landing pages, opportunity pipelines, reporting dashboards, integrations, and AI-powered workflows.

This is an AI-first technical role.

You'll actively use AI throughout planning, workflow design, documentation, QA, troubleshooting, optimization, and continuous improvement.

About the Role

As our Keap/Infusionsoft Automation Specialist, you'll design, build, optimize, test, document, and continually improve CRM workflows and marketing automation systems across multiple products and brands.

You'll work closely with Marketing, Sales, Operations, Customer Success, Product, Executive Leadership, and Automation Specialists to ensure every customer journey is intelligent, scalable, and continuously improving.

This role requires someone who is highly independent, proactive, technically capable, and comfortable taking ownership from planning through implementation.

Required Qualifications

You should have:

• 3+ years of hands-on Keap (formerly Infusionsoft) experience.
• Experience building advanced marketing automation campaigns.
• Strong understanding of CRM systems and customer lifecycle marketing.
• Experience creating email campaigns, forms, landing pages, and automation sequences.
• Strong troubleshooting capability.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Outstanding organizational capability.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently within a fully remote environment.
