Sales Specialist (Medical Care)

Monroe Consulting Group, an Executive Recruitment firm, is partnering with an organisation in the Consumer industry to hire a Sales Executive. This opportunity is based in South Jakarta, Indonesia.

Position Overview

Drive revenue growth by acquiring new customers, strengthening client relationships, and promoting beauty and aesthetic services.
Contribute to business success by delivering an outstanding customer experience while achieving sales targets and expanding the customer base.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Identify and acquire new customers through various channels, including direct outreach, referrals, networking, and digital platforms.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat visits and customer loyalty.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable beauty and aesthetic treatments.
• Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into paying customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline development.
• Collaborate with the clinic and operational teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Key Requirements

• 2-5 years of sales experience, preferably within the beauty, aesthetic, skincare, wellness, healthcare, or retail industry.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and acquiring new customers.
• Willing to be based in South Jakarta.

• Experience developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business targets.
• Ability to identify and acquire new customers through direct outreach, referrals, networking, and digital platforms.
• Experience managing customer relationships and driving customer retention.
• Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable beauty and aesthetic treatments.
• Experience maintaining sales records, pipeline management, and customer interaction tracking.
• Understanding of market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
