You’ll create impact by:

• Sales Ownership & Execution: Drive and own the end-to-end sales process for the Grid Software portfolio within assigned non-utility territories.
• Market Expansion: Identify and capture new opportunities to sell the software portfolio into existing industry verticals.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) strategies, growth initiatives, and detailed account plans to ensure long-term success.
• Pipeline Management: Provide the Head of Sales with accurate weekly updates regarding sales forecasts, funnel health, strategic initiatives, and key business opportunities.
• Campaign Leadership: Lead and execute targeted field sales campaigns, utilizing a data-driven approach to steer sales activities and optimize performance.
• Executive Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a strategic advisor by clearly communicating the Siemens Grid Software vision, value proposition, and key differentiators to Director-level stakeholders and above.

Your defining qualities:

• Professional Experience: A minimum of 7 years of working experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
• Software Sales Expertise: Extensive experience in software sales, with a strong preference for candidates who have successfully sold to non-utility customers.
• Bid Management: Demonstrated ability to navigate, analyze, and win complex, high-stakes bids and technical proposals.
• Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering is required to ensure a strong technical understanding of the portfolio.
• Language Proficiency: Professional fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (both written and spoken) is essential for reporting and international collaboration.
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to use data and market insights to steer sales strategies and decision-making.
