Role Description
As a Sales at BIOTA Smart Home, you will be responsible for leading our sales team, driving sales performance, and ensuring that our innovative products reach a broader customer base. This role involves not just managing a team but also engaging with customers and stakeholders to understand their needs and how our solutions can best meet them.
Key Responsibilities
- Motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company goals.
- Provide ongoing training and support to enhance the team's sales skills and product knowledge.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze results, and implement strategies for improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and customers.

- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2+ years of sales experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform decision-making.
