People Operations Intern [Playmakers]

Job Description

• Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating HR interviews.
• Source potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen incoming applications and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
• Schedule and conduct initial HR interviews with candidates.
• Assist recruitment administration, including candidate database, recruitment tracker, and interview documentation.
• Support employee administration, including employee data, documents, and internal records.

Requirements

• Final-year student or fresh graduate, preferably from Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or related fields.
• Interested in People Operations, recruitment, and talent acquisition.
• Detail-oriented, organized, responsible, and willing to learn.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to handle administrative tasks accurately and consistently.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Familiar with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
