Job Description

Purpose of Role:

Coordination : Supporting the Indonesia Operations team by maintaining strong working relationships with Local Vendor, PSC, OPT, OFL, as well as internal Sales, Service, Finance, and Engineering teams, to effectively coordinate and resolve any issues involving both local and international stakeholders.

Monitoring orders : Supporting the Indonesia Operations team in reviewing daily planning to ensure timely order delivery in accordance with the promised delivery dates, while contributing to the achievement of the original commitment date.

Operations management : Providing support to the internal Operations department in the preparation of ISO documentation, procurement administration, resolution of nonconformances, and monitoring of building maintenance requirements.

Key Activities:

1.Adhere to Safety procedure and policies in accordance with safety management system.

2.Adhere to Quality procedure and policies in accordance with the Integrated ISO Management System (9001; 14001; 45001) (where applicable) quality assurance system.

3.Prepare operational documentation in operations department and supporting evidence for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001, ensuring full compliance with applicable regulations and standards. Collaborate with employees within the Operations department to review and revise documentation as required.

4.The Operation Specialist is responsible for monitoring orders including re-scheduling PR for urgent requirement and facilitating effective communication among all stakeholders, including local vendor, PSC, OPT, OFL, and internal teams within John Crane Indonesia, to address issues and identify appropriate solutions in a timely manner.

5.Execute procurement activities within the following scope:

5.1 Maintain and update the system, including MD06 Exception 30 and PDT updates.

5.2 Follow up on purchase orders and MRBR, including Local Vendor ID60, Local Vendor ID70,

Framework PO ID70, and P-Card transactions.

5.3 Distribute indirect PO items to the end users.

5.4 Administer Vendor Master Data (VMD), including the preparation of VMD documentation for ID70 and

ID60 local vendors for OPT and PSC.

6.Coordinate with the team to prepare TKDN (local content) requirements and facilitate effective communication with the independent verification company.

7. Working together with QHSE and drive the resolution of nonconformances identified through 8D and

Corrective and Preventive Action Request (CPAR) processes within internal operations teams

including the Workshop, Warehouse, and Logistics areas.

8. Provide support to the Operations and General Affairs (GA) functions in overseeing machinery and building

maintenance activities, ensuring they are maintained in optimal condition, fully compliant with applicable

standards, and capable of supporting operational effectiveness

 9. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Experience

•At least minimum 3 years’ hands on experience in Management Quality System and Continual Improvement

Technical Skills

•Minimum Diploma or Bachelor Degree in related field

•Good in computer skill especially in MS. Office application

•Fluent English Communication in both Speaking and Writing

•Knowledge of TKDN and importation processes.

•Familiar with SAP MM modules.

 People Skills

•Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.

•Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

•Negotiation with local vendor
