Tugas / Tanggung Jawab :
- Melakukan tugas utama bagian pelayanan
- Membalas / merespon chat dari konsumen
- Menawarkan produk lain jika produk yang dipesan customer tidak ada / kosong
- Melakukan handle keluhan customer
- Dapat bekerja dengan fast response
- Memberikan informasi tambahan ke bagian call center
- Melakukan tugas lainnya untuk posisi customer service online
- Berdomisili di Yogyakarta
- Pendidikan minimal SMA / SMK
- Pendidikan minimal D3 / S1 (Dapat berbahasa Inggris)
- Berpengalaman di bidang e-commerce / marketplace / admin online shop
- Dapat bekerja dalam sebuah team
- Dapat mengetik cepat dengan komputer
- Bersedia bekerja secara online dari rumah jika dibutuhkan
- Fresh Graduate Wellcome
