Tugas / Tanggung Jawab :
- Melakukan pelayanan terhadap member dan jaringan baik dari telepon atau member dan calon member yang datang langsung
- Melakukan pekerjaan di bagian Customer Service
- Menjadi pusat informasi terhadap produk-produk perusahaan
- Menjaring member baru dengan menjelaskan produk-produk perusahaan
- Mengupdate informasi dan program terbaru dari produk-produk perusahaan kepada member dan semua jaringan
- Mampu memahami product knowledge perusahaan dengan baik
- Menangani segala keluhan dan masukan dari member dan menyampaikannya ke departemen terkait
- Menjaga hubungan baik dengan member dan jaringan
- Paham terhadap alur bisnis perusahaan dan mampu menjelaskan dengan baik ke member dan calon member
- Berdomisili di Yogyakarta
- Pendidikan minimal SMA (sederajat)
- Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun sebagai Customer Services
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan melayani customer dengan baik
- Mampu mengoperasikan komputer dengan baik
- Teliti, bertanggung jawab dan jujur
