Profil Perusahaan: Kami adalah produsen suku cadang motor yang berbasis di Tiongkok dengan lini produksi dan keunggulan teknis yang mumpuni. Kami sedang melakukan ekspansi ke pasar Indonesia, dimulai dari e-commerce lintas batas hingga operasional offline (O2O).

Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan:
- Riset Pasar: Mengumpulkan informasi harga, kompetitor, dan preferensi konsumen untuk suku cadang motor.
- Pengembangan E-commerce: Mengelola operasional dan strategi lokalisasi di platform Shopee, Lazada, dan TikTok Shop.
- Pengembangan Saluran Offline: Membangun jaringan dengan grosir dan bengkel di area Jakarta dan sekitarnya.
- Administrasi & Kepatuhan: Membantu pengurusan izin perusahaan, sertifikasi SNI, dan koordinasi dokumen terkait.
- Penerjemah Bisnis: Menjadi penghubung komunikasi dan dokumen antara tim Tiongkok dan Indonesia.
Persyaratan:
- Wanita, usia 2540 tahun, berdomisili di Jakarta.
- Pendidikan: Minimal Lulusan S1.
- Kemampuan Bahasa: Fasih berbahasa Mandarin dan Indonesia (Lisan & Tulisan).
- Diutamakan memiliki latar belakang di bidang otomotif atau e-commerce.
- Kompetensi Inti: Memiliki kemampuan negosiasi, siap bekerja di lingkungan startup, dan wajib memiliki SIM A/C aktif.
