Sales Engineer - Account Manager Air Defense

Your tasks

• Responsibilities and Duties:
• Develop Strategic Business Plan within his/her Accounts.
• To Sale R&S Product and operate the sales activity within the scope of product that allocated by the Management.
• Provide Sales and revenue Forecast figures and to make sure that annual forecast target is achieved.
• Keep close contact and develop strong relationship to key accounts in Air Defense.
• Actively seek customers for company products in his/her respective sales area. Using knowledge of companies in the area, enquiries reported by Sales Manager and any other sources available.
• Provide technical and commercial information about company’s products to customers.
• Keep Forecast / Sales figures update
• Customer Care (visits, meetings, presentations, follow-ups)
• Provide sales statistics / project lists to Management
• Recommends the addition and supervision of agencies for the distribution of company products.
• Formulate and budget continuous promotion campaigns.
• Organize participation in major exhibitions.
• Sales planning and control procedure including customer quotation.
• To keep gain product knowledge by studying new products or participating in Sales Training.
• To support order processing division by giving complete and clear data in order to release all PO to Headquarter.
• Provide weekly activity
• Report to Management detailed information about each customer contacts.
• Keep updated information about prices and delivery times of catalogue items.
• Endeavour to maintain a high overall technical knowledge of items included in company’s catalogue.
• Involve Product Specialist whenever necessary.
• Present equipment to customers.
• Keep updated information about competitors.
• Ensure that any company property in his/her possession is properly maintained, stored and transported.
• Keep and submit Travel reports and expenditure records on time.
• Rendering after sales service to customers in the form of instruction (training) in the use of equipment.
• Participate in company and public exhibitions and seminars where relevant to the company’s portfolio.

Your qualifications

• Graduate minimum Bachelor Degree, MBA preperable
• Proven track 10 years experience in Tender Business and Governmen Project. Most preferable in Air defense
• Must have strong relationship with Government especially Air Defense sector.
• Proficient in English to liaise with global stakeholders.
