Head of Marketing Communication (Healthcare)

Monroe Consulting Group is partnering with one of Indonesia's leading integrated healthcare providers to identify a Head of Marketing Communication who will lead the organization's marketing communication strategy, strengthen brand positioning, and drive impactful campaigns across multiple hospital and healthcare service brands.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing communication strategies aligned with the organization's business objectives and brand vision.
• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of marketing campaigns across online and offline channels to enhance brand awareness, patient acquisition, and customer engagement.
• Oversee corporate branding, creative development, public relations, media communications, content strategy, events, sponsorships, and community engagement initiatives.
• Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary team comprising Marketing Communication, Creative Design, Videography, Digital Content, and Event Management functions.
• Collaborate closely with Commercial, Operations, Medical, Digital, and Business Unit leaders to deliver integrated campaigns that support business growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with media partners, agencies, vendors, influencers, and other external stakeholders.
• Monitor campaign effectiveness through data-driven analysis and optimize marketing initiatives based on performance metrics and market insights.
• Ensure consistent brand identity, messaging, and communication standards across all hospitals and business units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, Public Relations, or a related field. A Master's Degree is an advantage.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Marketing Communication, Brand Management, Corporate Communication, or Integrated Marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience leading integrated marketing campaigns across multiple business units or brands, preferably within healthcare, hospitality, retail, consumer services, or other service-driven industries.
• Strong understanding of brand strategy, digital marketing, content development, media relations, event management, and customer engagement.
• Demonstrated experience managing creative teams and external agencies while delivering high-impact marketing initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management, project management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical capabilities and the ability to translate business objectives into effective marketing communication strategies.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrix organization with multiple stakeholders and concurrent projects.
