About the Role

As a Talent Liaison at Savaya Group, you will play an important role in supporting the relationships and day-to-day coordination between the group, artists, performers, agents, and internal teams. You will help ensure talent engagements are organised smoothly, communication is clear, and every detail is managed professionally from initial contact through to the completion of each engagement.

What You’ll Experience

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

What You’ll Be Doing

You will act as a key point of contact for talent and their representatives, ensuring communication is timely, professional, and aligned with the needs of both the talent and Savaya Group.

You will assist with coordinating artist bookings, contracts, schedules, travel arrangements, accommodation, transfers, technical requirements, hospitality riders, and other event-related details. You will maintain accurate records and ensure relevant information is shared with the appropriate internal teams.

During talent engagements, you will help coordinate arrivals, soundchecks, performances, departures, and other artist requirements. You will monitor schedules, anticipate potential issues, and work with the relevant teams to resolve matters efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

You will also support talent research, maintain industry contacts, assist with reporting and administration, and contribute to the smooth delivery of events and guest experiences across Savaya Group venues.

• Are you flexible and available to work evenings, weekends, public holidays, and event-based schedules?

• Do you have previous experience in talent coordination, artist relations, events, entertainment, hospitality, or a similar role? Experience working with international artists or talent agencies is a plus.

• Are you comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other administrative or communication tools?
