Guest Experience Officer | Savaya Group | Bali

As a Guest Experience Officer at Savaya Group, you will help deliver a welcoming, attentive, and personalised experience for guests throughout their visit. You will support guest arrivals, respond to questions and requests, provide information about the venue, and coordinate closely with the Reservations, Host, Service, and Operations teams.

This is a guest-facing role within a fast-paced international beach club and hospitality environment in Bali.

What You’ll Be Doing

You will welcome guests on arrival, assist with check-in and seating processes, and help ensure each guest receives a friendly, efficient, and professional experience. You will provide accurate information about the venue, reservations, facilities, menus, events, and operational procedures.

Throughout the day, you will respond to guest questions and requests, handle feedback professionally, and coordinate with the Reservations, Host, Service, Bar, and Operations teams to resolve issues and maintain a smooth guest journey.

You will also support guest communication before, during, and after visits when required. Maintaining a professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong knowledge of Savaya Group’s services and standards will be an important part of your role.

Because you will represent the venue directly, you will help promote a positive image of Savaya Group by building genuine guest relationships and delivering service that is attentive, warm, and consistent.

• Are you comfortable working closely with Reservations, Host, Service, and Operations teams?

• Are you confident using basic computer systems, booking platforms, or guest management tools?

• Are you available to work shifts, weekends, public holidays, and during special events?

• Have you worked in guest relations, hospitality, customer service, hotels, restaurants, beach clubs, or entertainment venues? Experience is welcome, but not essential.
