The team you will be part of

Our Operations Team ensures that everything runs like clockwork behind the scenes—managing warehouse activities, inventory flow, and fulfilment with precision and efficiency. From stock accuracy to timely dispatch, the team plays a crucial role in delivering a seamless end-to-end eCommerce experience. With a strong focus on process, coordination, and control, Operations keeps our promises to customers and clients every single day.

The part you will play

The Junior Operations Executive is responsible for the monitoring of order process flow from receiving of order from Seller center to Customer(s) doorstep. He/she will also need to provide insights on the day-to-day activities to ensure that operations will run smoothly.

As the Junior Operations Executive you will take charge of 

• Review current supply chain operations to document product, service, and information flow using project management tools
• Handle returns and exchanges, which may involve processing customer returns or exchanges, updating inventory records, and restocking items as necessary
• Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to conduct accurate and timely monthly stock reconciliation for assigned brands, ensuring alignment on inventory records, resolving discrepancies, and supporting smooth end-of-month reporting and settlement processes.
• Assist with shipping and receiving, which may include preparing orders for shipment, verifying that orders are complete and accurate, and processing incoming deliveries
• Analyze customer information and needs to improve customer relationships.
• Evaluate risk factors that impact efficiency.
• Evaluate all weekly metrics and analyze all continuous improvement project and prepare reports for all requests.
• Monitor lapses in delivery of logistics services to customers.
• Optimize use of allocated resources within business activities.
• Plan delivery of logistics services that meet customer requirements.
• Support development of sales proposals or tender documents.

• You don't have to manage everything in Excel, we run a lot of processes on our advanced inhouse systems and automate where we can. Many of our warehouses are fully API integrated. Of course, being precise and good with numbers will help in any system.
• As we are an international company, you will work with colleagues in country who 'own' running the daily operations and driving local improvement, supported by the senior expertise of our regional team to drive system innovation and process optimizations across countries, which creates a fantastic learning environment

What we are looking for - the ideal profile

• With at least 6 months’ experience in warehouse operations
• Knowledgeable in Warehouse, ecommerce and logistics.
• Must be able to work as part of the team in a fast paced and pressured environment
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Office, Excel & Outlook.
• Strong organizational skills with an analytical mind
• Strong time management skills.
