The team you will be part of

Our Operations Team ensures that everything runs like clockwork behind the scenes—managing warehouse activities, inventory flow, and fulfilment with precision and efficiency. From stock accuracy to timely dispatch, the team plays a crucial role in delivering a seamless end-to-end eCommerce experience. With a strong focus on process, coordination, and control, Operations keeps our promises to customers and clients every single day.

The part you will play

Operations Intern is responsible for monitoring the order process flow from receiving orders in Seller Center to delivery at the customer’s doorstep. He/she will also assist in providing insights on day-to-day activities to help ensure smooth operations.

As the Operations Intern you will take charge of:

Return & Failed Delivery Monitoring
- Track and monitor all customer return and failed delivery orders across platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop)
- Ensure all return parcels are received at the warehouse within the expected SLA
- Flag any delays or discrepancies in return movement
- Liaise closely with the warehouse team to confirm receipt of returned items

Claims Management
- Monitor timelines for claims submission (lost or damaged return items)
- Remind Operations Executives to submit claims within platform deadlines
- Track claim statuses (submitted, approved, rejected)
- Maintain proper documentation for all claims

Reporting & Data Tracking
- Maintain daily and weekly trackers for return order status, outstanding returns, and claims raised versus pending
- Support analysis on return rate, failure rate, and loss trends

Process Improvement Support
- Identify recurring issues in returns such as delays, damages, or missing items
- Highlight operational gaps and propose improvements
- Support ad-hoc operational projects as needed

• You don't have to manage everything in Excel, we run a lot of processes on our advanced inhouse systems and automate where we can. Many of our warehouses are fully API integrated. Of course, being precise and good with numbers will help in any system.
• As we are an international company, you will work with colleagues in country who 'own' running the daily operations and driving local improvement, supported by the senior expertise of our regional team to drive system innovation and process optimizations across countries, which creates a fantastic learning environment

What we are looking for - the ideal profile

• With at least 6 months’ experience in warehouse operations
• Knowledgeable in Warehouse, ecommerce and logistics.
• Must be able to work as part of the team in a fast paced and pressured environment
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Office, Excel & Outlook.
• Strong organizational skills with an analytical mind
• Strong time management skills.
