Job Role

The Sales Executive – Footwear Materials (English, Chinese & Vietnamese Speaker) is responsible for driving business development and sales growth within Indonesia's footwear manufacturing industry. This role focuses on identifying new customers, expanding relationships with footwear manufacturers and brands, providing product consultation, and managing the complete sales cycle from initial inquiry through order fulfillment and after-sales support.

The successful candidate will work closely with internal production, logistics, and technical teams while serving as the primary point of contact for customers across domestic and international markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities within the footwear manufacturing industry, including shoe factories, footwear brands, distributors, and trading partners.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers while identifying opportunities to increase sales volume and market share.
• Provide product consultation and technical recommendations for footwear materials such as uppers, soles, webbing, EVA, TPU, and other related components.
• Understand customer technical specifications, quality requirements, and customization needs to recommend suitable solutions.
• Manage the complete sales process, including quotations, negotiations, contract discussions, order confirmation, payment follow-up, and delivery coordination.
• Coordinate closely with internal production, quality, logistics, and supply chain teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing movements, and customer feedback to support business development strategies.
• Participate in industry exhibitions, customer visits, product presentations, and other promotional activities to strengthen market presence.
• Handle customer inquiries, after-sales issues, and quality concerns professionally while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Prepare regular sales reports, customer updates, and market insights for management.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management within the footwear materials or footwear components industry.
  
  
• Proven experience selling footwear materials such as soles, uppers, webbing, EVA, TPU, or other related products.
  
  
• Demonstrated success in developing new customers and expanding business opportunities.
  
  
• Strong knowledge of B2B sales processes, customer relationship management, and commercial negotiations.
  
  
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  
  
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced business environment.
  
  
• Willing to participate in a two-week onboarding and product training program upon joining.
  
  
• Professional working proficiency in English, Mandarin Chinese, and Vietnamese is required.
