Senior Finance Supervisor (Healthcare)

Monroe Consulting Group is assisting a growing aesthetic and healthcare clinic in their search for a Senior Finance Supervisor. This role is responsible for overseeing the clinic's end-to-end finance operations, improving financial reporting, budgeting, and controls, while acting as the primary finance lead for the business. The successful candidate will work closely with management to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making in a fast-paced, transaction-heavy environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily finance and accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management, and general ledger activities.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, management reports, and monthly closing activities.
• Develop and improve financial reporting processes, ensuring reports are well-structured and support business decision-making.
• Prepare and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans, including budgeting for incentives, bonuses, operational expenses, and fixed assets.
• Monitor financial performance, identify variances, and provide recommendations to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
• Ensure accurate recording and reconciliation of high-volume daily transactions.
• Strengthen internal controls and improve finance processes to support business growth.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and other relevant stakeholders when required.
• Support management with financial analysis and business recommendations to drive operational and commercial decisions.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory position.
• Experience in retail, F&B, healthcare, clinic, or other high-transaction businesses is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and management accounting.
• Proven experience handling high transaction volumes and improving finance processes.
• Able to work independently, make sound financial decisions, and act as the primary finance business partner for management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a growing organization.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems.
