Process Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Process Development: Responsible for the development, implementation, and evaluation of manufacturing processes.

• Documentation: Compile, update, and manage comprehensive process documents and standard operating procedures (SOP).

• Trial & Verification: Oversee process verification, lead trial production phases, and prepare detailed summary reports.

• Optimization & Maintenance: Perform failure analysis, drive continuous process optimization, and maintain process stability on the production floor.

• Other Duties: Complete and undertake other work tasks assigned by the leadership.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Materials Science, or related engineering fields.

• Fluent in Mandarin and Indonesian (both spoken and written).

• Experience in process engineering, trial production, or manufacturing process optimization (preferably within a battery or automotive factory environment) is preferred.

• Strong problem-solving abilities, analytical thinking, and familiarity with failure analysis tools.
