Mechanic/Electrician/Process Worker

【Mechanic】

1. Repair faults: According to production needs, conduct routine inspections, preemptively eliminate equipment shutdown faults, perform fault repair of equipment in the responsible area, and report and record fault information;

2. Maintenance inspection: According to the requirements of equipment use, guide the operator to complete the equipment use and simple inspection and maintenance work;

3. Maintenance and repair: According to the daily maintenance plan, maintenance and repair of relevant equipment;

4. Carry out daily inspection work, find problems in time, and deal with hidden dangers;

5. Participate in the installation and debugging of new equipment;

6. According to the equipment anomaly report and maintenance plan, do the daily maintenance and maintenance work of the production line equipment. In order to ensure that the equipment is zero anomaly and normal production.

【Electrician】

1. Layout and set up the factory's power distribution lines;

2. Identify equipment circuit faults and safety hazards, and conduct regular inventory checks;

3. Participate in the debugging of various equipment for new products;

4. Organize the site, tools, and maintain the 5S in the workshop;

5. Repair, debug, and maintain the circuits of all electrical equipment in the factory;

6. Responsible for the inspection of all equipment circuits in the factory and the periodic inventory check;

7. Responsible for the maintenance of production line equipment and platform construction.

【Process Worker】

1. According to the department's technical work guidelines, adjust and track various process parameters on site, promptly handle or report quality issues, and ensure production.

2. Assist engineers in completing the process verification of the process development process. According to the requirements, debug and track various process parameters on site, promptly handle or feedback quality problems, and ensure production;

3. Assist in the preparation of factory operation manuals and related on-site guidance documents, and update and upgrade the documents;

4. Follow up and solve various process-related problems in the production process, design production line fixtures, improve auxiliary tools, and prepare regular maintenance, inspection, and repair plans for departmental process equipment;

5. Responsible for the follow-up of lean production and the implementation of IE improvements in the production line, standard working time management, the handling of abnormal information-related systems, and the handling of MES abnormal issues in the production line, etc.

6. Part-time attendance for process topics, process decisions, and document control management, planning the process AGV workstation list and on-site AGV abnormal handling, logistics standard working time maintenance, transfer shelf development, and direct supply online development and construction.

Requirements:

1. English and chinese is not required;

2. 1-3 year of experience;

3. Senior high school or vocational, education major is electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, industrial engineering
