Team Lead (Network Security Operations)- Dubai, UAE

We are seeking an experienced Team Lead – Network Security Operations with 10+ years of experience to lead the day-to-day operations of the Network Security team. The ideal candidate will oversee network security infrastructure, ensure the availability and security of enterprise environments, and provide technical leadership while supporting operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Network Security Operations team.
• Oversee daily network security operations and ensure service availability.
• Manage and support enterprise network security infrastructure.
• Monitor, investigate, and resolve network security incidents.
• Ensure security policies, standards, and operational procedures are followed.
• Coordinate with infrastructure, cybersecurity, and other IT teams.
• Review and approve network security changes and configurations.
• Prepare operational reports and maintain technical documentation.
• Drive continuous improvement of network security operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cyber Security, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in network security operations.
• Experience leading technical teams in an enterprise environment.
• Strong understanding of network security technologies and operations.
• Experience managing security incidents and operational support.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience working in enterprise or large-scale environments.
• Network security certifications.
• Experience with ITIL or service management processes.
