About the Role

This role is responsible for developing and executing affiliate marketing strategies to drive sales growth, creator acquisition, and campaign performance across affiliate platforms. The position works closely with MCNs, creators, brand teams, and e-commerce stakeholders to ensure effective campaign execution, performance optimization, and sustainable affiliate channel growth.

In summary, you'll:

Affiliate & Creator Partnership Management 

• Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with affiliate creators and MCN partners to support business objectives.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate creators aligned with brand and campaign goals.
• Coordinate with MCNs on creator sourcing, content planning, campaign execution, and performance tracking.
• Ensure creators comply with campaign requirements, posting timelines, and platform guidelines.
• Manage creator communications, negotiations, and issue resolution throughout campaign periods.

Affiliate Campaign Execution & Performance Management

• Execute affiliate campaigns, competitions, and promotional initiatives in alignment with marketing objectives.
• Monitor affiliate performance metrics including GMV, orders, conversions, content output, and ROI.
• Analyze campaign results and provide actionable recommendations to improve performance.
• Track creator activity and follow up to ensure timely content delivery and campaign completion.
• Work closely with internal teams to optimize affiliate strategies and maximize sales contribution.

Affiliate Operations & Reporting 

• Manage affiliate databases, creator tracking sheets, and campaign documentation.
• Coordinate product seeding and sample distribution processes for affiliate campaigns.
• Prepare regular performance reports and present key insights to stakeholders.
• Support quotation, invoicing, payment tracking, and administrative processes related to affiliate partnerships.
• Maintain accurate records of creator performance, campaign results, and budget utilization.

Cross-Functional Collaboration 

• Collaborate with Brand, E-commerce, Commercial, and Marketing teams to align affiliate initiatives with business priorities.
• Provide market and competitor insights to identify opportunities for affiliate channel growth.
• Support the planning and execution of major campaign launches, seasonal promotions, and special projects.
• Stay updated on platform trends, affiliate ecosystem developments, and creator marketing best practices to continuously improve program effectiveness.
