- Memberikan pelayanan yang prima kepada pelanggan
- Handle keluhan customer dan memberikan solusi kepada customer
- Dapat menjaga hubungan baik dengan pelanggan
- Mengikuti semua proses pelayanan dari awal hingga akhir
- Melakukan tugas dan tanggung jawab lainnya posisi customer service
- Berdomisili di Medan
- Pendidikan minimal SMA / SMK / D3 / S1 segala jurusan
- Komunikatif, sopan dan ramah
- Tidak memiliki logat daerah
- Dapat mengoperasikan komputer
- Menguasai bahasa / english (Pasif)
- Pengalaman / Non Pengalaman (Fresh Graduate)
