Tugas / Tanggung Jawab :
- Menerima pengaduan / order produk
- Mengekspor dan Mengimpor Pengetahuan di bidang elektronik
- Buat laporan di excel
- Memantau dan mengikuti atau berkoordinasi dengan operasi dan penjualan
- Manajemen laporan pengiriman
- Pengiriman dan manajemen dokumen komersial
- Menyiapkan entri data untuk proses verifikasi
- Siapkan dokumen izin lain-lain
- Menara kontrol komunikasi dengan tim operasional
- Melakukan tugas lainnya untuk posisi customer service
- Berdomisili di Medan
- Pendidikan min D3 / S1 sederajat
- Dapat mengoperasikan komputer dengan baik
- Dapat menggunakan Bahasa Inggris (pasif / fasih)
- Memiliki pengalaman dibidang customer service (disukai)
- Dapat berkomunikasi dengan sangat baik
- Dapat bekerja dalam sebuah team operasional
- Bersedia bekerja di bawah team leader
- Bersedia melakukan pertukaran jadwal kerja di weekend (jika dibutuhkan)
