The Opportunity
As a ServiceNow Developer , you will play a key role in designing, developing, and enhancing ServiceNow solutions that support digital transformation initiatives across various business functions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative workflow automation, platform enhancements, and scalable solutions that improve operational efficiency and user experience.
This is a high-growth area within EY, offering strong exposure to enterprise transformation programs, emerging technologies, and meaningful career development opportunities.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications and platform enhancements
- Build and optimize workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and integrations
- Develop automation solutions to streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions
- Support ServiceNow platform upgrades, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
- Ensure adherence to platform governance, security standards, and development best practices
- Contribute to technical documentation, solution design, and implementation activities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and customization
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, and ServiceNow scripting
- Experience in workflow design, automation, and process optimization
- Solid understanding of ServiceNow data model, CMDB, and platform architecture
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs is preferred
- Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- ServiceNow certifications are a plus
