Persiapan Pra-Operasional (Pre-Operation)
- Melakukan inspeksi harian (Daily Checklist) sebelum mesin dihidupkan, meliputi pengecekan level oli mesin, oli hidrolik, cairan pendingin (radiator), tekanan angin ban, dan ketajaman reel/rotary blade.
- Memanaskan mesin sesuai standar pabrikan sebelum dijalankan ke area lapangan.
- Mengisi logbook penggunaan harian secara akurat.
Operasional Lapangan (Field Execution)
- Mengoperasikan mesin pemotong rumput (seperti walk-behind mowers, riding mowers, triplex) dan alat berat lainnya (traktor, aerator, topdresser) sesuai instruksi Superintendent atau Assistant Superintendent.
- Menerapkan pola pemotongan (cutting patterns) yang diinstruksikan untuk meminimalkan pemadatan tanah (soil compaction) dan stres pada turfgrass, sesuai pedoman ilmu agronomi.
- Mendukung pekerjaan pemeliharaan khusus seperti aerification, verticutting, dan persiapan perawatan kondisi turnamen.
Pasca-Operasional & (Post-Operation)
- Membersihkan mesin secara menyeluruh di wash pad area setelah digunakan untuk mencegah penyebaran gulma dan penyakit tanaman via sisa potongan rumput (clippings).
- Melumasi titik-titik grease pada komponen mesin sesuai jadwal pemeliharaan harian/mingguan.
- Mengisi ulang bahan bakar pada akhir shift untuk mencegah kondensasi tangki di malam hari.
- Melaporkan setiap kerusakan, keausan, atau masalah performa mesin secara langsung kepada Atasan langsung atau Mekanik untuk tindakan preventive maintenance.
Requirements
- Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK sederajat (diutamakan lulusan SMK jurusan Otomotif, Mesin, atau Pertanian).
- Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1-2 tahun dalam mengoperasikan alat berat atau mesin pemeliharaan lapangan golf (kandidat dengan sertifikasi pelatihan mesin turfgrass menjadi nilai tambah).
- Memiliki Surat Izin Mengemudi (SIM) yang masih berlaku.
