Stranger Soccer is expanding globally and is looking for an Operator & License Owner to launch, manage, and grow our football platform in Jakarta.

⚽About the Opportunity  

As an Operator & License Owner, you'll lead the growth of Stranger Soccer in Jakarta—from building local partnerships and managing operations to growing an active community of players. 

You'll have the freedom to shape the local operation while benefiting from the systems, expertise, and support of our Singapore headquarters. 

Key Responsibilities  

• Launch and grow Stranger Soccer in Jakarta 
• Build partnerships with football venues and secure quality playing locations 
• Recruit, coordinate, and support Official Hosts and local team members 
• Drive marketing initiatives to attract players and grow the community 
• Oversee game operations and deliver an outstanding player experience 
• Identify opportunities to improve and expand the local operation 

You'll receive support from our Singapore headquarters, including: 

• A technology platform for app, payments, and operations 
• Proven operating systems and processes 
• Ongoing guidance across operations, marketing, and growth

• Passion for football and a strong understanding of the local football community 
• An entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership 
• Experience managing operations and delivering measurable results 
• Background in operations, community management, or customer experience 
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
