Creative Manager

Osome is an AI-powered company management platform for global founders . We’ve supported over 50,000 companies and processed more than 5 million financial documents across our four markets: Singapore, Hong Kong, the UK, and the UAE.

We’re looking for a multi-disciplinary Creative Manager to define and raise the creative bar across Osome.

This is a senior, hands-on leadership role sitting at the intersection of brand, performance, content, and digital product. You’ll own the creative direction across graphics, motion, campaigns, and website/product experiences — while shaping how generative AI becomes a core part of the creative operating model.

You’ll be responsible not just for what we make, but for how the team thinks, creates, experiments, and scales.

What you'll do:

• Set and own Osome’s creative vision across the full customer journey — from brand and

  campaigns to content, performance, social, and digital experiences — ensuring a globally

  coherent yet locally relevant brand across Singapore, Hong Kong, the UK, and the UAE.

• Translate company and marketing priorities into clear creative strategies, briefs, concepts, and systems that the team can execute against.

• Lead and develop the creative team, setting a high bar for craft, strategic thinking, collaboration, and execution.

• Build a more integrated relationship between brand and performance creative, ensuring that work is both distinctive and commercially effective.

• Define how AI is integrated into the creative function, including tools, workflows, quality standards, experimentation, and team training.

• Oversee graphic design, motion, campaign creative, social content, website design, and other digital touchpoints, ensuring consistency without creating unnecessary creative constraints.

• Partner with marketing, growth, product, sales, and leadership to ensure creative is solving the right business problem, not simply producing assets.

• Bring a strong point of view to creative strategy while remaining hands-on when needed — whether that means shaping a concept, reviewing a storyboard, refining a campaign, or getting into the details of a key digital experience.

Who you are:

• 8–10+ years of experience in creative, design, or art direction, including hands-on leadership of a multidisciplinary team of 5+ people across static, motion, multimedia, and digital design.

• A track record of translating business and marketing objectives into distinctive creative direction, then turning that direction into clear briefs, frameworks, and output across a multidisciplinary team.

• Strong understanding of the relationship between brand and performance — knowing when to protect consistency and craft, and when to optimize for attention, conversion, or growth.

• Fluency with generative AI tools across the full creative lifecycle, from ideation and concept development through production and final asset delivery. You should have a clear point of view on where AI genuinely improves creative quality, speed, and scale — and where human judgement remains essential.

• A willingness to make AI-native ways of working the team standard, including establishing best practices, workflows, quality controls, and ongoing training for the creative team.

• Strong agency pedigree, ideally with experience at an international creative, digital, or integrated agency, and a portfolio covering both B2B and B2C audiences.

• Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, international environment where priorities evolve quickly and creative needs to move at speed without compromising quality.

• Nice to have: experience working with Chinese-speaking markets or clients, particularly Hong Kong, one of Osome’s four core markets.
