At Seven Retail , we build and grow consumer brands through creativity, innovation, and data-driven strategies. As a Brand Marketing Intern, you'll work closely with our marketing team to support high-volume content production by sourcing talents, KOLs, and probandus who bring our campaigns to life across digital platforms.

Your Day-to-Day

• Source talents, KOLs, content creators, and probandus to support ongoing marketing campaigns and content production.
• Manage talent outreach, communication, and coordination to ensure a smooth end-to-end process.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on campaign objectives and content requirements.
• Coordinate shooting schedules and production logistics with internal teams and external talents.
• Maintain an organized talent database and track talent availability for future campaigns.
• Research social media trends, competitor activities, and emerging creators to support engaging content ideas.

Who We're Looking For

• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience in Brand Marketing, Influencer Marketing, Talent Management, Social Media, or related fields.
• Passionate about social media, digital marketing, and influencer/content creator trends.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides) or Microsoft Office ; familiarity with CapCut, Canva , or similar content creation tools is a plus.
• Available for a full-time paid internship (WFO)
