Responsibilities:

Assist in planning and coordinating events
Coordinate logistics and manage event timelines
Collaborate with vendors, sponsors, and internal teams
Assist in post-event evaluations and reporting
Set up and take down displays
Organizing marketing materials for the event
Gauge the response to the company at the event
Raise company awareness

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing or a related field
Proven experience in assisting event planning or a similar role (+/- Project Admin/Officer role)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
Detail-oriented, creative, and the able to contribute innovative ideas to events
One year of experience working on events
Ability to work with finance, tax, and other supporting teams (standard comprehension of taxes would be an advantage)
Ability to work independently
Incredible interpersonal skills
Ability to create marketing materials
Ability to create reports (metric/qualitative) of the success of the event
