Job Responsibility Alibaba.com Service Specialist:

Responsibilities:

Work closely with merchants (includes: visiting, approaching, acquiring & maintaining relationship with merchant)
Provide business opportunities & help to boost revenue
Handling complain and giving feedback to customers
Providing solution about customer problem
Drive retention, growth, and satisfaction amongst Alibaba member
Serve as the primary owner for onboarding of assigned clients, the training platform
Represent the voice of the customer in providing feedback to information product, marketing and sales
Identify opportunities to up-sell additional solutions to our clients, and collaborating with the appropriate colleagues to develop and win those opportunities

Requirements:

D3/ S1 in any major
Has a minimum 1 year experience in the same position, especially for e-commerce (Fresh graduate are welcome)
Fluent in English, Chinese is a add value
Good proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Attention to detail and logical thinking
The capacity to clearly explain technical problem to customer
Posses excellent problem solving skills
Results-oriented, proficient negotiation, communication and presentation skills
