We are looking for an enthusiastic and multilingual Sales & Marketing Assistant to join our team. If you are fluent in Mandarin have a passion for sales and marketing and are open to exciting business travel opportunities this role is perfect for you.

Responsibilities:

Serve as a translator for the Branch Manager and all office staff.
Translate documents from Mandarin to Indonesian and vice versa.
Assist the Branch Manager in managing and analyzing sales strategies.
Help in recording product returns and unit repair data in Excel and update the status of returned units.
Engage in various tasks that support the sales and marketing teams efforts.

Job Requirements:

Willing to work at Bandung Semarang or Surabaya.
Strong interest in pursuing a career in Sales & Marketing.
Bachelors degree in any field of study.
At least 1 year of work experience as a Mandarin Translator is preferred but fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
Willingness to travel on business trips with the Branch Manager to various regions as needed.
Ability to work effectively in a team and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office especially MS Excel.
Availability to work until Saturday from 08:30 AM to 12:00 PM.
