Job Description

The Security Officer's responsibilities include patrolling the premises, security controls, monitoring property access, investigating suspicious behavior.

Qualifications

Security Officer Job Duties :

Secures premises and personnel by patrolling property, monitoring surveillance equipment, inspecting buildings equipment and access points.
Prevents losses and damage by reporting irregularities, informing violators of policy and procedures.
Controls traffic by directing drivers.

Completes reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities.

Maintains environment by monitoring and setting building and equipment controls.

Maintains Security Department stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements.

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Protect company’s property and staff by maintaining a safe and secure environment.

Security Gate responsibilities

Access Control and Security Monitoring Controlling Entry/Exit: Verifying identity and authorization for guest, visitors, contractors, and vehicles. Ensure all vehicle driver entering and exit the resort though the dedicated gate.
Visitor Management: Greeting guests, issuing visitor badges, and providing directions.
Vehicle Inspections: Checking incoming and outgoing vehicles for unauthorized goods or potential security risk

Record Keeping and Administration

Maintaining Logs: Recording all visitor, vehicle, and vendor movements in a daily log.
Incident Reporting: Preparing detailed reports on incidents, security breaches, or suspicious activity.

Emergency Response and Communication

Emergency Response: Responding to alarms, medical emergencies, or security breaches, acting as the first responder.
Communication Hub: Operating two-way radios and telephones to coordinate with internal staff, management, and emergency services.

H otel safety and security

Ensure that all fire equipment at the Service Building, Utility and Resort are in proper working condition (Weekly check detection equipment's and fire-fighting equipment)
To ensure regular fire drills are running in co-operation with the Engineering Department and ensure the drill minimum twice a year.
