Job Descriptions:

Install, configure, and test systems or software in line with project requirements and technical specifications.
Provide technical support during implementation, maintenance, and post-deployment phases, ensuring smooth system integration with existing infrastructure.
Troubleshoot and resolve client issues, both remotely and on-site, serving as a key point of contact for escalated technical problems.
Collaborate with internal teams to address complex issues and ensure timely resolution aligned with client expectations.
Guide clients through troubleshooting steps, and deliver knowledge-sharing sessions to end-users and IT teams.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including installation manuals, troubleshooting guides, incident reports, and knowledge base articles.
Prepare regular progress and incident reports for stakeholders.
Obtain and maintain relevant technical certifications for distributed products.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
3–7 years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 2 years in OT/ICS environments.
Strong knowledge of ICS/SCADA protocols (Modbus, DNP3, OPC, Profibus, etc.).
Experience with industrial control systems (PLC, RTU, HMI, DCS).
Familiarity with security technologies: firewalls, SIEM, endpoint protection, network monitoring tools.
Hands-on experience with tools like Wireshark, Nessus, Metasploit, etc.
Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (NIST CSF, ISA/IEC 62443, ISO 27001).
Have an experience for OT/Automation products such as Yokogawa, Schneider, Honeywell etc
