We are currently seeking talented, business-savvy professionals to join **Hand-Rolled Unit Coordinator** based in Surabaya. This position will present you with outstanding professional challenges, diverse learning opportunities and career growth. **YOUR ‘DAY TO DAY’** * Ensure that the production unit for which he/she is responsible runs continuously and efficiently while following and implementing related hand-rolled standards for production, logistics, personnel, and general services. * Coordinate the leaders of the production group, with the help of the Lead Production Unit, to create a work environment where everyone is motivated to achieve better results for the key performance indicators related to Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and Morale (S-Q-D-C-M) * Make sure compliance with all PMI and legal standards, policies, and guidelines related to Environment, Health, Safety and Sustainability through close coordination with the Lead Production Unit, Supervisor Logistics, and Supervisor Personnel and General Services. * Make sure that the Quality Management Systems (QMS) is followed and that all standards and guidelines related to the quality of incoming materials and finished goods are met as per PMI and legal requirements and coordinate with Lead Production Unit, Leaders of the Production group to ensure accurate input of all necessary operating data from the production floor in order to guarantee data integrity. * Make sure that the production unit for which he/she is responsible meets the daily production targets cascaded by the Lead production unit, while optimizing the performance of the group. Assist the Lead Production Unit in maintaining data accuracy and preparing reports for the key performance indicators. * Coordinate with related parties to ensure accurate input of all necessary operating data from the production floor, do inventory management systems and conduct regular stock takes and cycle counts to ensure the accuracy of inventory levels, identifying discrepancies (if any) and taking corrective actions as required. * Work with the Leaders of the Production group to create work orders for the maintenance team, to make sure that the equipment and tools are in good working condition. * Assist the Lead Production Unit, Supervisor Logistics, and Supervisor Personnel and General Services in sharing, communicating, and implementing company standards, policies, and guidelines to employees. **WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?** * Willing to work for fixed term contract (1 year) * Have minimum Diploma Degree or equivalent * Proficiency in English & Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal * Basic user skills in Microsoft Office applications * Fresh graduates are welcomed * Knowledge of production system (e.g. SAP) would be an advantage **WHAT WE OFFER** Our success depends on our talented employees who come to work here every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
