Job Description

Lead project engineering team, ensuring effective project management and implementing design modifications for improved results.
Manage process engineering, driving continuous improvements and providing technical support to the operational team.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, marketing, plantation, IT, and business analysis.
Implement cost-cutting measures by optimizing energy consumption in the Kernel Crushing Plant.
Transition electricity sources from turbine generators to PLN to achieve targeted cost reductions.
Establish and enforce standardized operational procedures in Palm Oil Mills and the Kernel Crushing Plant.
Oversee the development of work instructions for enhanced operational efficiency.
Utilize Lean Six Sigma Green Belt expertise to lead improvement projects.
Focus on reducing breakdowns across operations.
Minimize oil losses through targeted initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
Must have 10+ years of professional working experience in Palm-Oil Refinery
Indonesian citizen only
Advanced degree or certification in Project Management is a plus.
Proven experience in project and process engineering leadership roles.
Extensive background in managing cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
In-depth knowledge of process engineering and operational problem-solving.
Familiarity with refinery operations and plant management best practices.
Previous experience in the manufacturing or processing industry.
Demonstrated success in implementing energy cost-cutting measures.
Experience in optimizing energy consumption in industrial settings.
Background in establishing and enforcing standardized operational procedures.
Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma principles and project improvement methodologies.
Proven ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to adapt to changing industry trends and technological advancements.
Previous experience in leading and motivating engineering teams.
Effective delegation of authority and responsibility.
Experience in data-driven decision-making.
Track record of delivering successful project outcomes.
Commitment to achieving and exceeding organizational objectives.
