Responsibilities:

Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and quotas
KPIs ( selfsourced leads) : 1st month 1 demo; 3rd month 3 demos; 46 months 12 closed deals
Manage the full sales cycle from outreach to closing the deals
Collaborate with the team to understand clients needs and provide tailored solutions
Utilize CRM and sales tools to track sales performance pipeline and client information
Participate in team meetings training sessions and industry events to improve sales skills and knowledge
Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

2 years in a full sales cycle role in Fintech SaaS
Proven successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Knowledge of the Fintech industry financial markets and investments
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Resultsdriven and goaloriented mindset
Selfmotivated and proactive with the ability to work independently
Comfortable working remotely and across different time zones

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience closing 200K ARR deals with Microfinance organizations Realty funds Neobanks Finance brokers in APAC and EMEA
Startup experience
Established connections book of business
