Identify areas for improvement in facilities and GA services.
Recommend cost-efficient and quality-enhancing initiatives.
Guide and develop GA team members to achieve professional performance standards.

Job Requirements

Bachelors degree (preferably in Management Administration or related fields).
Minimum 5 years of experience managing end-to-end GA operations.
Proven track record in supervising GA activities: building maintenance licensing cleaning service security transportation canteen visa and expatriate matters.
Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements related to company licensing and expatriate employment.
Excellent communication coordination and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a results-oriented mindset.
Willing to be placed in Cilegon Banten.
