Curriculum & Academic Excellence:

Monitor quality of teaching and learning regarding national curriculum.
Coordinate with IT on the Template of National Report Card.
Ensure the component of Report Card is complete: signature, photo, student's data, parent's data, List of subjects, Attendance Record and Score, name of Principal and CA.
Check and ensure the completeness of the Score and Cover in the BNS Report / Solomon.
Printing the Report Card using Solomon; packing the Report Card to the folder; and Distributing the Report Card (prepare the receipt).
Submit the Score and Report of Graduation Status to Dinas Pendidikan.

Governmental related matter:

Complete School's data into Dapodik and coordinate with IT to ensure that our School install the latest version of Dapodik.
Prepare Monthly Report and Monthly Contribution to Dinas.
Prepare the 8355 form as required by the government.
Prepare the checklist for the documents needed for School's Licence renewal.
Prepare documents related to student's data, school's facility, Lesson Plan, SOW, pictures for obtaining School's Permit for ECY.
Collect required document needed for school’s permit.
Prepare infrastructure for the permit assessment.

Try out & national exam implementation:

Coordinate with BM and IT on the required lay out and equipment of National Exam: submit the Equipment Form.
Coordinate with BM and IT on the required lay out and equipment of PIS: submit the Equipment Form.
Filing the Bound Agreement and prepare data on the UN and Non UN participants.
Print the envelope of SKL using individual student's name
Process payment request and letter administration.
Prepare equipment and required documentation in the try out day.

School accreditation:

Prepare the checklist for the documents needed for School's Accreditation.
Prepare documents related to student's data, school's facility, Lesson Plan, SOW for obtaining School's Permit.
Assist for document needed for accreditation. (coordinate with teacher, BM, SRD, Library) Submit the Equipment Form and Coordinate with BM on the required equipment and act as person in charge; prepare all Logistics arrangement (Food, venue, parking area) at the assessment day.

Documentation and procedure:

Prepare Flow Chart and finalize the Procedure of activities conducted by National Curriculum Department.
Prepare the list of required documents of the Intake Students' requirements and share it with marketing and SRD.
