Evermos is a connected commerce platform that empowers local brands and underserved communities by providing a distribution network and commerce services focused on curated products based on Sharia principles. It is a one-stop platform that offers comprehensive support services for local brands and a network of resellers, equipped with various training programs to support the success of all resellers regardless of their gender, educational background, geographic location, or income level.

👑 Job Role

You will gain hands-on experience by creating clear and concise technical documentation.
You will learn how to gather information, write, edit, and collaborate with others to ensure accuracy and clarity in the documentation.
Learn and collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and understand complex technical concepts.
Learn to write and edit technical documents such as user manuals, installation guides, online help, release notes, and API documentation.
Conduct research on product features and functionalities to accurately represent them in documentation.
Discover how to format and organize the documentation to ensure it is easily accessible and understandable for the target audience.
Review and proofread documents for grammar, clarity, and consistency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as developers, product managers, and UX designers, to gather information and ensure documentation accuracy.
Help with documentation quality assurance, including user testing and feedback incorporation.

⛩️ Requirements

Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science or related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Strong written communication skills with an excellent command of Indonesian and English grammar and vocabulary
Ability to research and grasp technical concepts quickly and effectively
A keen eye for detail
Previous experience with technical content writing, blogging, or content creation will be a plus.
Ready to join ASAP for 3 months internship period
Must able to work onsite in our office in Bandung / Yogyakarta
Please note that this is an internship position, and while prior experience in a similar role is a plus, it is not a strict requirement. We value enthusiasm, a willingness to learn, and a strong work ethic.
