Key responsibilities:

Accountable for Supply Chain Operations from Order Fulfilment to Invoicing Customer (Order to Cash Process)
Owner for driving continuous process improvement managing all the relevant Supply Chain KPI
Accountable for inventory (including consignment/return stocks) accuracy, discrepancies are resolved, and corrective action is implemented
Manage and conduct regular cycle count and annual stock take
Implement Lean practices in warehouse operations to minimizing cost, improving efficiency and customer experience
Supervise inbound & outbound activities to ensure service providers provide excellent support on customs clearance and timely delivery
Ensure compliance to import and export regulations for all shipment from/to different countries where logistic movements are required
Ensure all operations documents are well maintained for audit purposes
Work closely with Business Segments and other Support Functions towards customer service excellence
Manage and train Order Fulfillment and Logistics members from time to time
Build credibility and trust with internal and external customers by interacting with customers and a high degree of responsiveness
Apply business and process knowledge to manage / recommend alternate courses of action in handling day to day operations / problem solving
Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments
Support global initiatives and all measurements are in place to meet these goals

Education

Bachelor’s in Business Administration or equivalent

Experience

Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in logistics & transportation management, and order processing & customer service management. Is good to have supervisory experience
Experienced in managing customs clearance, local transportation, international shipping for inbound and outbound
Experienced in customer service and/or ordering fulfilment
Experienced in managing 3PL relationship and 3PL performance evaluation.
Strong knowledge in SAP SDMM and MS Office applications
