JOB DESCRIPTION

• Ensure administrative operations comply with policies and regulations
• Looking for various vendors to support company operational activities such as catering, atk, cellphone credit, etc
• Submit the budget required for petty cash used by the company, as well as other budgets related to company operations
• Receive and record requests for goods from all departments

• Create a log book of activities carried out and report it to the manager. JOB REQUIREMENT

• Bachelors degree on Accounting or any major
• Fluent in English, both oral and written (will be an advantaged)
• At least 1-2 years working experience in the related field. Experience in Fintech/ P2P lending or other big company is preferred
• Good administrative skill and attention to detail
• Must be good in communication skill, detail oriented and self starter.
