Telesales Officer (Jakarta) JOB REQUIREMENT
• Experienced in Inside Sales or Customer Service
• Previous experience cold calling and selling SaaS/ERP/POS/Tech is a plus
• High level of interdependence, learning attitude, self-motivation and flexibility
• Has the strategic & data-driven thinking skills to deal with challenges & set for optimal alternatives
• Proactive & agile responses to customer needs & requests
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong listening and ability explain the complicated subject to easily understood
• Excellent selling and influencing skills
• Persuasive and confident to speak to mid-level and senior executives
