Role
We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Head of Product to lead our product strategy and execution in Indonesia. In this strategic leadership role, you will own the end-to-end product roadmap across our core platforms, handle key P2P partner integrations, and lead a dedicated team to translate complex credit operations into scalable, field-proven software. Working closely with the CEO, COO, and Leadership Team, you will have the opportunity to directly influence Ulysses Two Corp’s growth, market direction, and product excellence.

Key Responsibilities
The Head of Product will be subject to the tasks determined by the Company, spanning strategic ownership, partner management, and team execution:

Roadmap Ownership: Define, own, and execute the end-to-end product roadmap across Loan Origination Systems (LOS), Loan Management Systems (LMS), and credit decisioning platforms.

Partner Management: Handle and optimize relationships with P2P lending partners, ensuring seamless ecosystem integrations, data sharing, and co-lending product alignments.

Lifecycle Management: Oversee the full lending lifecycle products, from onboarding and approval through to servicing and repayment.

Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage an agile team of 5 Product Managers and Designers covering both back-office systems and borrower-facing portals.

Commercial & Supply Chain Finance: Drive product excellence across B2B offerings, including Invoice Financing, PO Financing, and Supply Chain Financing.

Operational Translation: Translate complex, real-world credit operations and P2P partner requirements into intuitive, scalable, enterprise-grade products that thrive in the field.

Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with design, engineering, data & analytics, and delivery teams to take product initiatives from concept to launch and continuous iteration.

Executive & GTM Alignment: Partner directly with the CEO and COO on long-term growth vision, while coordinating with sales and marketing to shape product positioning and onboarding success stories.

Qualifications
Experience: 7+ years of experience in fintech, financial services, or B2B enterprise software product management, with a proven track record in a leadership or managerial capacity.

Domain Expertise: Deep knowledge of credit operations, banking software, and loan products—specifically Loan Origination Systems (LOS) and Loan Management Systems (LMS).

Ecosystem Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Indonesian P2P lending landscape, including regulatory frameworks (OJK), partner integration patterns, and API-driven lending infrastructure.

Segment Knowledge: Strong familiarity with B2B lending, SME financing, and supply chain finance structures (Invoice/PO financing).

Product Lifecycle Mastery: Proven experience managing multiple concept-to-launch-optimize cycles for complex, multi-stakeholder platforms.

Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage and upskill a combined team of PMs and product designers.

Mindset: Entrepreneurial drive, analytical problem-solving skills, and the resilience to hit stretch goals in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
