Subtitling Project Coordinator - Asia

Keywords Studios Los Angeles is a premier provider of multimedia content localization and audio production services. From its offices and beautiful on-site recording studio in the heart of Burbank, Keywords Studios Los Angeles collaborates with top-tier streaming platforms, broadcasters, content creators, publishers for the gaming and media & entertainment industries.

We are seeking a Subtitling Project Coordinator to join our Media & Entertainment division. The role is based in either Philippines, Indonesia or Taiwan. In this role, you will collaborate closely with client tools, workflows, and teams to ensure seamless management of multilingual localization projects. The ideal candidate will excel in file delivery management, overseeing the handoff and delivery of multiple projects of varying scales, all while meeting client-agreed timelines. Responsibilities:

• Ensure that projects assigned to by the clients are delivered to the clients within the timescales, to the quality expected and within the company’s profitability margins.
• Manage internal and external resources to ensure they perform according to the project instructions, client expectations and the company's QA procedures.
• Prepare and analyse translation files from clients.
• Monitor and triage client communications whilst also ensuring comprehensive shift handover
• Ensure project data in the company's system is accurate, updated and complete.
• Prepares essential data for client invoicing and financial reports.
• Participate in regular internal meetings.

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Previous subtitling experience essential
• Experience in localization and / or media and entertainment industry is preferred.
• Outstanding attention to detail.
• Must be motivated, accountable and a team player.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Excellent knowledge of PC and Google s essential.
• Ability to cope under pressure and work with tight deadlines.
