Hostess — Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

A well-established hospitality and F&B company in Riyadh is looking for a warm, professional Hostess to be the first point of contact for guests, managing seating and creating a welcoming experience across a busy multi-outlet operation.

6 months contract for Riyadh Season Event.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression
• Manage table reservations, walk-ins, and seating arrangements efficiently
• Coordinate with servers and floor staff to ensure smooth guest flow and table turnover
• Maintain an accurate waitlist during busy periods, communicating wait times clearly to guests
• Escort guests to their tables and present menus
• Handle guest inquiries and special requests, escalating issues to management when needed
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the host/reception area
• Answer phone calls and assist with reservation bookings

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a hostess or in a similar guest-facing hospitality role
• Well-groomed, professional presentation and demeanor
• Excellent communication and guest service skills
• Ability to stay calm and organized during high-volume periods
• Conversational proficiency in English
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
