As part of a growing digital agency ecosystem that started from a strong creative foundation, our journey began with our sister company, Mediatics, a media buying agency that became the anchor for the development of multiple subsidiaries under one group.
Today, the group operates under the name Playmakers Group, with 130+ employees and a proven track record of handling leading brands such as Gudang Garam, JTI, Kalbe, Xiaomi, Tecno, Traveloka, Shell, Pristine, and many more.
Timur Media is the latest initiative from Playmakers Group, focusing on building a dedicated creative agency that delivers impactful and performance driven work.

Job Description:
- Lead and supervise the content and creative design team.
- Develop and execute content strategies across various platforms.
- Oversee the creation of trend-driven, engaging content.
- Brainstorm ideas aligned with current trends and audience behavior.
- Identify audience needs and suggest relevant content topics.
- Monitor social trends and apply them to content planning.
- Track and analyze content performance metrics.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align content with campaign goals.
- Conduct reviews to assess team performance and content impact.
- Ensure all content follows brand guidelines and creative standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience (min. 3 years) in a similar role, preferably in a digital agency or creative studio.
- Demonstrated ability to supervise and lead creative/design teams, especially graphic designers.
- Strong portfolio showcasing strategic content planning and successful creative campaigns.
- Solid understanding of content marketing, storytelling, digital platforms, and creative processes.
- Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills.
