Job Description:
- Assist in planning and coordinating campaign activities across multiple channels.
- Support campaign execution, including content preparation, scheduling, and deployment.
- Conduct research on trends, competitors, and audience insights to improve campaign strategies.
- Track and report campaign performance using key metrics and analytics tools.
- Coordinate with various teams (creative, social media, product, sales, etc.) to ensure timely deliverables.
- Help prepare campaign documents, presentations, and progress updates for stakeholders.
- Support administrative and operational tasks to ensure smooth project workflows.
Requirements:
- Last year students or fresh graduates in any major (Marketing, Communication, and Science are a plus).
- Excellent English speaking and writing skills.
- Basic knowledge of customer journey and CRM is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and channels.
- Basic knowledge of Market Research and A/B Testing is a plus.
- Willingness to learn and work with data (analyzing, creating presentations, etc.).
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
