Job Descriptions:
Strategy
Working closely with Head of Business, strategy, and PMM team in developing and refining market entry and go-to-market strategies
Execution
Acquire and build strong partnership to ensure consistent lead generation, including facilitating partners sales activity
Ensure inbound and outbound activities are consistent - uncover, qualify, nurture and build international sales opportunity pipeline
Ensure processes are in place and aligned
Cross-functional collaboration
Develop strong and collaborative relationships with adjacent functions e.g. Marketing, Aftersales, etc.
Requirements:
2 years of experience in technical client-facing e.g. systems integration, strategic partnership, technical sales/pre-sales
1 year in sales/business development
1 year experience in international sales and large enterprises
Excellent verbal and written English is a must (e.g. IELTS 6-6.5) - plus point for other languages (other than Bahasa Indonesia)
Experience in B2B SaaS is a plus
Experience in managing and building sales team
Experience in acquiring, managing and building partners network
Excellent presentation skills
Excellent collaborator
Comfortable working with senior management
